Recent Projects

For the Catholic Chapel Stair project we removed a pre-existing retaining wall and salvaged granite stones for reinstallation, demo'd existing stairs/landing, reformed and paved with new stairs and new retaining wall, reinstalled the granite stones, and re-sodded the grass area that was damaged from work.

Install New Marquee signs and Dimmable lighting Systems at JB MDL DIX chapel Bldg. # 5240

RENOVATE BUILDING # 2508 TO FACILITATE THRIFT STORE AND AIRMAN'S ATTIC.

The 150 Man Classrooms, Constructed 5 each, 5,000 Sf Pre-Engineered Buildings at Fort Dix Army Base. Work Included Concrete footings, concrete floor, steel building with a standing Seam Roof. The interior of the Building has office spaces, dimmer lights, projector and projector screens and bathrooms. The exterior included concrete ramps and walkways.

Sheela, Inc. was established in 1997, and is a Minority-Owned Business (MBE) and Small Business (SBE) company with numerous certifications throughout the State of New Jersey, City of New York, and the Port Authority of NY, NJ and NY State. We have established our headquarters office in Wrightstown, NJ and have branch offices located in JB-MDL Lakehurst NJ, and Piscataway NJ (serving NYC region).

Our skills and experience allow us to consistently deliver medical and research related facilities, utilizing common construction delivery methods, including Design Build and Design-Bid- Build.

Our efforts have been recognized through the Harry H. Mellon, Award of Merit for outstanding principles and practices in Job Order Contracting, The Harry H. Mellon Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting is named for the inventor of the procurement process, and is the highest honor in the industry. Five Award of Merit Winners are announced each year, along with one winner of the Harry H. Mellon Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting.
